My name is Arjun Ghumman. I am currently pursuing my PhD at York University. I am a self-taught programmer proficient in Python, R, SPS, MATLAB, Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS), and cloud computing. I have a keen interest in data science and data visualization. For years, I have developed statistical models, focusing on blending data inferences and predictive modeling while emphasizing visualizing high-dimensional data.
In addition to my technical skills, I enjoy teaching. As a private statistical consultant and researcher, I have had the opportunity to conducted several workshops on statistical modeling and programming and participated in various consulting projects. In my leisure time, I delve into the mathematical foundations of statistical models to enhance my understanding and devise ways to visualize the results effectively.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my husky puppy and occasionally engage in workouts.
